• Right to Refuse Service:

Maintain the right to decline service to any individual or party.
Makeup artist may refuse service if there is abusive or threatening behavior exhibited by the client or any members of their party.

• Deposit and Payment:

To secure your appointment or event date, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required.
Final payment is due on the day of service before commencement.
The person who has signed the contract or made the booking is responsible for payment.

• Cancellation Policy:

In case of a cancellation without fault on the part of the Makeup Artist, the following fees apply:

Cancellation within 72 hours of the booked event or service: The client agrees to pay the remaining balance in full.
Cancellation within 10 days of the booked event or service: The client agrees to pay 50% of the total remaining balance.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing at the time of cancellation.

• Makeup Artist Cancellation:

If, for any reason, the makeup artist must cancel or is unable to perform their duties, the client's deposit will be fully refunded.

• Client Responsibility:

It is the client's responsibility to inform the makeup artist of any issues affecting product or equipment use, including sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions. This information should also encompass anyone in the client's party receiving services.
By booking our services, the client agrees to release the makeup artist from any liability for complications, allergic reactions, skin sensitivities/reactions, or injuries arising from the services provided.
